Join me for "Flow: Unlocking Your Creative Genius" and learn how to understand and befriend your autonomic nervous system to foster creative flow. In this 90-minute session, you will be guided through somatic practices that signal safety and connection and creative flow state exercises that nurture your inner artist allowing creativity to naturally emerge from a place of inner alignment, presence, and connection. All creative expressions are welcome, whether you are an artist, entrepreneur, or craftsman. Each person has a unique, inherent talent or creative spark worth nurturing.
