IOR is a guided one-on-one ritual that invites you into stillness, presence, and deeper connection with yourself and the Divine. Using the ancient technology of scent, you’ll engage with individual oils—called Scentinals—each carrying its own message of wisdom and encouragement. Through breath and body-led intuition, you’ll be drawn to one or more oils and create a simple blend to take home as a companion for your current season. Whether navigating change, seeking clarity, or simply longing to feel more grounded and connected, this ritual meets you there. IOR is a practice of return—one you can revisit as often as needed to reflect, reset, and remember what is most true. Your session includes: • A 45-minute guided experience • Presence-based exploration with the Scentinals • A gentle revelation of what each oil holds • All oils and carrier oils provided • A custom oil roller (single note or blend) to take home Curious? What to Expect *Do I need to prepare or bring anything? No preparation is needed—just come as you are. Comfortable clothing is helpful, as you may want to move, breathe deeply, or rest. *Will I feel anything afterward? Many leave feeling grounded, affirmed, or gently reconnected. Sometimes, the shift is subtle—like a whisper that stays with you in the following days. *What if the oil I choose doesn’t “make sense”? That’s often where the wisdom lives. IOR invites you to trust your deeper knowing—even when your mind hasn’t caught up yet. The process is less about logic and more about listening. And often, what doesn’t make sense in the moment begins to unfold with time. *Is this religious or spiritual? IOR is spiritual in the most spacious, invitational sense.
